Yoga classes with an emphasis on strength and stability. Hatha vinyasa flow style, with breathwork, meditation, and an emphasis on deepening our connection to ourselves. Classes are available on-location for small groups, teams, businesses, and private classes.

Student Programs
Semi-private training for AppState students
Semi-private training programs for 2 to 4 participants. Availability is limited, program lengths vary, program design based on group goals and abilities. This is a great way to train like a professional on a college budget.

Professional coaching anywhere
Custom workout programs designed for you alone. Chat with your coach any time within the fitness app, schedule video calls to workshop new strategies, and experience expert level virtual training. See your progress tracked within the app, and continue to push your boundaries as your coach updates your workouts to take you to the next level.

Gym Location
All personal training sessions are performed at The Gym 24/7 on Old Hwy 421 in Boone, North Carolina. You will need to maintain an active membership with the gym in order to train. Day passes are also available.
