The name ArcanaFit comes from the word “arcane” which means mysterious or understood by very few. What makes my training so effective isn’t always what we do but how we do it. You will be coached in proper form, posture, technique, breathing, attention, and attitude. (Oh boy, don’t we as adults love having our attitudes checked.) How to live your best, healthiest, most rewarding life should not be a mystery or something far out of reach. There is a formula for success and I will show it to you. Transformation always begins within and moves outward. Our bodies reflect an inner truth, and the hard work of reaching our full potential begins there.

All training sessions are performed at The Gym 24/7 on Old Hwy 421 in Boone, North Carolina. You will need to maintain an active membership with the gym in order to train. Day passes are also available.
