Policies
The following policies ensure that you get the most out of your training program. Everything is designed to get you results, no compromises.
ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY
All scheduled sessions are mandatory, no exceptions. Sessions are not saved, rolled over, or made up in the future. Timing is critical for an effective training program. Performing a workout at a later does does not makeup for the progress lost and negatively impacts the other training days surrounding the makeup session. In order to produce the results you want and move toward your goals, it is better to lose the time than to lose both the time and the effectiveness of future workouts.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
With 24 hour or greater notice you may request a makeup session. The makeup session must be scheduled immediately and for a date within the same training week to adhere to your program frequency. Programs must adhere to their weekly schedules. Rescheduled sessions are requests only and not guaranteed. If rescheduling doesn't work, you are still expected to perform the workout solo to maintain progress.
RATES AND PAYMENTS
Program rates are discounted based on how many sessions are performed each week. If the number of sessions performed each week changes you will be responsible for making a payment to cover the difference. Otherwise program length may be shortened to cover the difference.
Payments must be made prior to reserving calendar times. Programs must be paid for the week prior to start date, or a minimum of 3 days in advance. Everything must be planned and scheduled in advance. During checkout you may select the start date of your program.
PAUSING YOUR PROGRAM
If you plan to be out of town for a week, you may front-load and back-load your sessions. Meaning, a special exception will be made to move sessions up a week and back a week so you still get the same amount of training. This requires some rewriting of the program and advance notice. If you plan to be out of town for more than a week your program may be paused until you return. You will be expected to complete solo workouts provided to you during this time to maintain progress.
CONDUCT
It is recommended to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to sessions start time in order to get ready, warmup, and acclimate to the gym environment. Bring a gym bag with water bottle, towel, and any other small equipment you may need for your session. Wear appropriate gym attire, clean shoes, and remove all rings and jewelry. Cell phone use is not allowed during session time.
