Methodology

I use a three-fold approach to holistic fitness training. The three pillars of fitness are mechanical, biochemical, and neurological. Sometimes expressed in other fields as body, mind, spirit. These three modalities are represented by the triangle symbol use in the ArcanaFit logo. The triangle symbol also represents fire in alchemy and change in mathematics. We view fire as a force for purification, transformation, and enlightenment.

🜔 Mechanical

The body in motion. Physical training. How we use our body to move in and outside the gym. This approach is focused on developing fundamental movement patterns, producing strength, mobility, and balance.

🜍 Biochemical

The composition of the body. This approach focuses on nutrition, hormones, blood, respiratory systems, cardiovascular systems, and our relationship with food, drink, and hydration.

 Neurological

That which operates the body. Consciousness, attention, focus, attitude. This approach focuses on sleep regeneration, stress management/elimination, cultivating a warrior mindset, nurturing a positive inner voice, and meditation.

These three are interlinked. You might experience these modalities during your training program as you perform your sets, improve your dietary choices, develop healthier sleeping habits, and learn to harness your inner power to produce transformational results in your life.
